Cancellation Policy

Retreats 

• In order to secure venues, transportation, excursions, etc., we are required to enter into binding contracts with 3rd parties that do not allow for refund or cancellation. We must enforce a strict cancellation policy and there will be no refunds in any instance. You may transfer your spot under certain conditions. Also, purchasing trip insurance to protect yourself is always a good idea. 

• For regular pricing remaining balances (amount due after the deposit) are due 90 days in advance of the retreat. *For early bird pricing on single occupancy rooms only (bungalows not eligible): full amount due by August 31, 2026.

• Cancellations 90 to 45 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Fees are non-refundable 44 days before the start of the event.
