Cancellation Policy

Retreats 

• Deposits secure your spot and are non-refundable. Your deposit allows us to put down non-refundable deposits on lodging, excursions, and ground/boat transportation where applicable. 

• Remaining balances (amount due after the deposit) are due 90 days in advance of the retreat for regular pricing. For early bird pricing, full amount to be paid before 9/1/2026.

• Cancellations 90 to 45 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Fees are non-refundable 44 days before the start of the event.
