Feeling out of balance? Drawing on nearly two decades of experience in the health and wellness field, as well as a lifetime personal Yoga, meditation and Ayurveda practice, I help clients improve nutrition, find the right type of exercise regimen and manage stress through individualized care and attention. My unique approach combines my Doctor of Pharmacy training with Yoga, meditation, and approaching food as medicine to help you feel your best and continue doing the things you love and caring for those you love with as much health as possible.
Sessions are one hour long and require a detailed health questionnaire to be filled out and returned at least 72 hours in advance.
